These Terms of Service govern your use of the Belize Services marketplace. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a request, or using any marketplace feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Belize Services

Belize Services is an online marketplace that helps customers discover local service providers and submit service requests. Belize Services facilitates introductions and communication between users; it does not itself perform, supervise, or guarantee services offered by independent providers.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, use the marketplace lawfully, and communicate respectfully. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will respond, accept the work, offer a particular price, or complete the service.

3. Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, qualifications, licenses, insurance, pricing, availability, taxes, communications, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws. Providers must not misrepresent their services or qualifications.

Provider applications, profiles, and uploaded images may be reviewed before publication. Belize Services may approve, restrict, edit for presentation, suspend, or remove listings or content that is inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

4. Requests, quotes, and agreements

Any quote, booking, payment arrangement, or service agreement is between the customer and provider unless Belize Services expressly states otherwise for a specific feature. Belize Services does not guarantee pricing, availability, service completion, payment collection, or customer satisfaction.

5. User content and images

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Belize Services a non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce, resize, review, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the marketplace. You must have the right to submit anything you upload.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent or misleading requests, harvest contact information, upload malicious software, interfere with the website, misuse another user's information, or use the marketplace for unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The marketplace is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Belize Services is not liable for the acts or omissions of customers or providers, service quality, injury, property damage, delays, missed appointments, pricing disputes, or losses arising from agreements between users.

8. Suspension and changes

We may suspend accounts, remove listings, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the marketplace. We may also update these terms from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
